23rd Congressional District "Special Election"

The 23rd Congressional District "Special Election" is open to ALL voters residing in the following municipalities: City and Town of Geneva, Towns of: Gorham, Hopewell, Manchester, Naples Election District 1, Phelps, and Seneca.

Early voting begins on Saturday, August 13 and ends on Sunday, August 21, 2022.

The voting hours are as follows:

  • Saturday, August 13, 9 am until 5 pm
  • Sunday, August 14, 9 am until 5 pm
  • Monday August 15, 9 am until 5 pm
  • Tuesday August 16, 12:00 noon until 8 pm
  • Wednesday August 17, 12:00 noon until 8 pm
  • Thursday August 18, 10 am until 6 pm
  • Friday August 19, 10 am until 6 pm
  • Saturday August 20, 9 am until 5 pm
  • Sunday August 21, 9 am until 5 pm
